Speed & Agility Clinic

There will be a Speed & Agility Clinic for PBO players on March 19th from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. This is put on by TP Sports Performance and two time Olympian, Tom Pukstys. The event will be held at the Bo Jackson Dome in Lockport. There is a $15 per player cost, payable to TP Sports on the night of the event. There is no registration required. REGISTRATION FOR 2010 SEASON

(Please note that PBO cannot guarantee availability for your child after 11/5/09)

Birth dates
Registration is available for children between the ages of 7 and 14 (your child MUST be age 7 by August 31, 2010 and/or MUST be in First Grade during the 2009-2010 school year in order to register).  Birth certificates are required for ALL first-time registrants.

Fees
$175 registration fee for 1^st child, $130 for second child, $110 thereafter.

$50 refundable fee per family for field days service. 

Please send 2 separate checks, one for PBO dues and one for Field Day service.

Refund Policy
Registration fees are fully refundable prior to February 1, 2010. 
Registration fees are non-refundable after February 1, 2010.
